Alolan Kirlia

My continuation for the Alolan Ralts line.  As you can see Alolan Kirlia is based on a hula dancer.  The Kirlia we know resembles a ballerina so why not make the Alolan variation resembled a dancer best suit for the region.

Upon evolving the horns that normally appear on the normal variety of Kirlia gets replaced by flowers.  The flowers serve the same function as the horns where they allow Kirlia to amplify its psychic power and distort the air around it.  However the flowers serve the additional purpose of absorbing sunlight to help increase the power of its psychic attacks.  On clear, bright, sunny days Kirlia's psychic abilities are said to be rivaled by few Pokemon.

The Alolan varient of Kirlia has the habit of dancing when it feels overjoyed.  The dances are said to entice nearby Pokemon and people, causing them to not help themselves but to dance alongside Kirlia.  This type of dancing allowed the Alolan Kirlia to learn moves their Psychic/Fairy variations couldn't such as Petal Dance and Teeter Dance.

The dancing done by Kirlia is so popular and powerful that they are used in festivals to bring people into a celebratory and festive mood.  However if Kirlia senses it or its trainer to be in danger it won't be afraid to unleash its psychic power in front of the threat.  This Pokemon can be capable of summoning every once of energy it has to protect its trainer.
